There are few things more frustrating than being sold on a great idea, only to find out that the product is low quality.
Anything from Life-Craft.co should always meet a high-quality standard. If you are not happy with a product, don’t be like everyone else where you complain to the social world, talk to us. We will listen, and if it’s a legit problem and a legit frustration, then we will always do the right thing in solving the problem.
If you’re being overly pernickety, we will still try our best to make sure you’re happy, but we are not into indulging unreasonable behaviour.
That said, if you are a fan and a customer, then we are for you.
Problem with my order
You’re excited to order one of our items. You want it, but our system is not liking you today… well we can help.

Account & Order Issues
How do I manage my account?
If you have registered an account, you should be able to sign in, click your name and view any orders you have made.
If you checked out as a ‘guest’, you wouldn’t have any recorded details. You can register by clicking the top right corner on ‘account details’.
If you are struggling with your account, you can ping an email to ‘Hello@Life-Craft.co’, subject ‘Account’.
Trouble Tracking an Order
Bah, this sucks.
You will only be able to track an order if you selected ‘recorded delivery’ or ‘confirmed delivery’. Ping an email to ‘Hello@Life-Craft.co’, subject ‘Tracking Issue’ and providing you paid for the shipping to be tracked, it shall be sorted.
How do I Request a Return/Refund?
We don’t often get returns, but if you do decide that it’s not for you, providing you have not used the item, we will happily give a refund; you will have to cover the return postage.
Alternatively, if you find that the item is damaged in transit, you can send it back to us, and we will make sure it’s replaced free of charge!
Send an email to ‘Hello@Life-Craft.co’, subject ‘Returns’, and we will sort ya’ll out. You’ll need some proof of purchase, but we will guide you through all that. You will have to pay for the postage for unwanted items, but if it was unquestionably damaged before it reached your safe hands we will replace it and pay your postage too!
Shipping
If your country is not on the available options then, unfortunately, we are not able to ship there for a variety of reasons.
We currently offer standard, first class and recorded shipping to most countries. Because we value our product so much, we recommend you pick the recorded whenever possible. You will be glad you did.
If you are ordering from outside the U.K, then there will be an increase in postage costs. It’s a little more, but it may be better to pick a recorded option.
Shipping normally is within 10 working days U.K side and up to (but may be less) 20-28 days overseas. For European countries, it’s typically less.
If you’ve not received your order within 28 days, get on to us at ‘Hello@Life-Craft.co’, and we will sort it out.
